Terms and Conditions

1. General

The seller is sole proprietor Vadym Priian (ФОП Пріян Вадим Олександрович, code 3066111839), 96 Nezalezhnosti Ave., Chernivtsi 58000, Ukraine. These terms apply to orders placed at shop.artprofile.com.ua. By placing an order, the customer accepts them.

2. Placing an order

Orders can be placed on the website without registration, from 1 pc. After an order is placed, we contact the customer to confirm availability, price and dispatch time. The order is accepted once confirmed.

3. Prices

Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnias. The price is fixed when the order is confirmed. Cutting to size and RAL painting are quoted separately and agreed with the customer in advance.

4. Payment and delivery

Payment and delivery options are described on the "Delivery and Payment" page.

5. Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges follow the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".

• Goods of proper quality can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt if they have not been used, are in their original condition and proof of purchase is available. Shipping costs for such returns are paid by the customer.
• Goods made, cut or painted to the customer's individual dimensions or requirements may be non-returnable to the extent permitted by law; we state these conditions before such an order is made.
• If the goods are defective, the customer has the rights provided by law: replacement, repair, a price reduction or a refund.
