This policy explains what personal data the shop.artprofile.com.ua online store collects, why, and how we protect it. The data controller is sole proprietor Vadym Priian (ФОП Пріян Вадим Олександрович, code 3066111839), 96 Nezalezhnosti Ave., Chernivtsi 58000, Ukraine.

• data you provide when ordering or registering: first and last name, phone, e-mail, delivery address or branch, order comment;
• order data: products, amounts, payment and delivery method;
• technical data: IP address, browser type and the cookies the website needs to work.

2. Why we use it

• to accept, confirm, fulfil and deliver your order and to contact you about it;
• to keep sales records and meet legal requirements;
• to run the website: cart, language choice, account login.

The legal grounds are performance of the sales contract, your consent and legal obligations.

Only as far as needed to fulfil the order: the carrier (Nova Poshta) for delivery, the bank for payments, and public authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
