Delivery and Payment

Delivery

Nova Poshta across Ukraine — to a branch or by courier to your address. We ship once the order is confirmed; delivery usually takes 1–3 days. Shipping is charged at the carrier's rates and paid by the recipient on collection.

Pickup — 96 Nezalezhnosti Ave., Chernivtsi, Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00, by arrangement: call us so we can prepare your order.

Long profiles are carefully packed for transport. Items cut or painted to your order are shipped once they are made — we will confirm the lead time when we confirm the order.

Payment

• Cash on delivery — pay at the Nova Poshta branch on collection; the carrier charges a money-transfer fee at its rates.
• Bank transfer — by invoice, for companies, sole proprietors and private customers.
• Cash — on pickup.

Receiving your order

Inspect the parcel at the branch before paying. If the packaging or goods are damaged, file a report with the Nova Poshta staff and contact us: phone +380 50 672 08 03, e-mail Vadim@artprofile.com.ua.
